Communications Fiji Ltd (CFM) is a publicly listed company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange.

Company founders, Chairman Mr Hari Punja, Managing Director William Parkinson and Director Matt Wilson remain major shareholders in Communications Fiji Ltd (CFM). They were later joined by institutional investors Colonial Fiji and Unit Trust of Fiji Ltd who are currently represented on the Board of CFM by Mr Culden Kamea and Ms Shaenaz Voss respectively.

Australian lawyer, Mr Andrew Fairley joined the Board at the time the company floated on the Stock Exchange and has experience both of corporate law and the Australian broadcast industry.

As part of CFM’s corporate philosophy the company has encouraged staff to purchase shares and currently a large percentage of staff own shares in the company.

Managing Director, William Parkinson is based in Fiji. Working with William are two General Managers; Ian Jackson, responsible for Fiji operations and Peter Aitsi in Papua New Guinea.
